What do participants need to know beforehand?+
Basic computer skills. That's it. The curriculum starts from AI foundations and builds up. No coding experience required.
What if someone misses a session?+
Sessions are recorded. The guarantee requires 80% attendance and 75% homework completion — but we work around schedules.
What happens after the bootcamp?+
Your team has 3+ deployed automations and the skills to build more. If you want ongoing coaching, a retainer ($1–2.5K/mo) keeps the momentum going. Or Connor can build the bigger stuff — that's where Pilots and Full-Stack come in.
Can we do this remotely?+
The bootcamp is designed for on-site delivery — building on your actual processes is the whole point. Hybrid options for multi-site companies scoped separately.
How is this different from private tutoring?+
Private tutoring is 1-on-1 or 1-on-2 sessions on specific topics ($75–100/session). Build & Learn is a structured team bootcamp — 4-6 weeks, group learning, and you walk away with deployed systems. Completely different format and outcome.
